Due to COVID19 it is expected that shipment delays will be inevitable for some orders ! We will work hard to deliver the product as soon as possible, while keeping an eye on the effects of the new development, and we look forward to your understanding.

If you have an item missing from your order please be informed that we have sent your items in separate parcels. Items in your order may be sent from more than one warehouse, arriving in multiple parcels.

If you just received your Tracking ID, there may be a small delay (2 up to 4 hours) before you can see your shipment status. Don't worry, if you have already received the tracking ID, your shipment has already been processed and is on the way ;)
